Global Team
On just about any given day, the sun doesn’t set on BRC. We’re headquartered in California with international offices in China, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. And when the work isn’t a hop skip and jump away from one of our offices, our team travels to where the work is.
Meet a few of those road warriors.

Leading BRC’s office in the United Kingdom, Donna has over twenty years of experience serving a wide variety of clients, from brand centres, expo pavilions, and theme parks to cultural attractions and museums. Donna likes to begin by studying the unique blend of culture, people, location and theme of a project and then assembling a strong team of professionals to execute it.
Donna was Vice President of Project Development in BRC’s international headquarters in California before relocating to open BRC’s offices in the United Kingdom. There she oversaw the concept development efforts for the award-winning Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum, amongst dozens of other projects.
In the United Kingdom, Donna has helped develop the Museum of Liverpool, Hadrian’s Wall, the Senhouse Museum, and the Welsh Development Agency in Wales. Prior to joining BRC, Donna worked as a Project Development Manager for Six Flags and Samsung. Donna was instrumental in the development and production of five different pavilion attractions at Expo ’93 in Taejon, South Korea. She also worked as a Project Assistant/Accountant on the Universal Studios Ghostbusters Show in Orlando and Sanrio Harmony Land in Japan.
Donna earned a BA degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
When the legendary Efteling Park won the Thea Classic Award in 2004, Alex Lemmens was justly proud. He helped create Efteling’s guiding principles of nostalgia and romance, and supported those elements with solid technical developments that have made Efteling a true, enduring, beloved classic. Alex first managed Efteling’s technical services (1975 – 1987), operations (1987 – 1991), and eventually all research and development of new themed attractions (1991 – 2004). For thirty years, Alex never forgot the ultimate test of success – the wonder and joy of the park’s visitor experience.
When Alex began with the Efteling, it was primarily a fairy tale theme park. He began doing technical work, but quickly learned about the importance of presentation, reduced queuing time, visitor contact, and cash flow. His most memorable lesson was the importance of employees – they make Efteling magical.
He was a key player in the park’s evolution, contributing to the development of major dark rides like Dream Flight, Fata Morgana and Carnival Festival. In October 2000, Alex was the driving force behind the first Carrousel Festival, as part of IAAPA’s International Year of the Carrousel.
Alex’s crowning achievement at Efteling was his innovative joint development with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). This effort resulted in the Panda Dream, a 4D theatrical experience which married the best of WWF’s message and Efteling’s magic. Since August 2003, he has worked as assistant general manager of Efteling. Last year he was Chairman for the TiLE Conference where he has sat on the Committee since 1993 (with a break from 1996 –1998) and will continue to serve until 2007.
In December of 2004, Alex joined the Project Development Department of BRC Imagination Arts to contribute to their efforts in theme parks, corporate branding centres and the infinite interactions between them. His specialties include theme park layouts and design philosophy, innovative approaches to the design and construction of themed attractions, dark ride concepts, sound and light concepts, technical park design, technical approaches and support for manufacturers, and technical park service support and maintenance. This treasure trove of knowledge is now available to BRC’s extensive list of clients.
Greg has spent his entire professional life telling great stories as a writer, director and producer for feature films, theater and commercials. Now Greg brings this expertise to BRC.
Greg was the Artistic Director for the National Shakespeare Company, where he directed and produced successful productions and helped develop America’s oldest touring theater company as a brand.
He’s also written, directed, and produced award winning feature films, winning the “Audience Award” at the Long Island Film Festival, and “Best Picture Award” at the Miami Film Festival. At Pictures in a Row, he produced over 40 spots, managed multi-million dollar advertising accounts and served as a production executive. Greg has also written and directed numerous commercials and industrial films for brands.
A famous Chinese proverb revealed the secret of successful branding almost 2500 years ago -- “Tell me and I will forget. Show me and I will remember. Involve me and I will understand.” Greg has mastered the art of involving guests in spellbinding narratives.
Brad Shelton started at BRC as the writer for a BRC entertainment project in Times Square. And while he still writes for us (on projects like the Freej Dubailand theme park), he now also serves as our Director of Project Development, Entertainment Experiences, helping to create, design and lead BRC projects like The Empire State Building, World Adventure Park, the DreamWorks Animation Park, the MGM Movie Experience, and Freej Dubailand theme park. His strongest talents are in story structure, writing live production, theatre arts, management and fundraising.
In the theatre, Brad worked as a producer and director around the world, including productions in Cairo, Egypt, and Arezzo, Italy, a world premiere at the Lincoln Center Directors Lab in New York, and award-winning productions in Chicago, New York City, North Carolina and Los Angeles. As a writer, Brad has co-written and sold three screenplays and a pilot for a television series. He is also the writer of a 3-D film experience currently in development with Super 78 and Matilda Entertainment.
Brad is a graduate of Rhodes College and the American Repertory Theatre’s Institute for Advanced Theatre Training at Harvard University. He has also worked as a professor, museum docent, waiter, paralegal, film executive, and, in case you like bad Viking movies, a professional actor.
