• — Concept Design – We work with you to develop the big ideas of the project – be it a master plan for a large entertainment project or a rehab of a single attraction. This phase usually results in presentation materials customized to your needs.
• — Schematic Design and Design Detail – We further develop the design so that we can (a) define the experience to level that we can guarantee a maximum price for the remaining production and (b) provide the architects with sufficient facility requirements information for them to complete their construction documentation. This phase usually results in artwork, drawing packages, design manuals, and facility requirement manuals.
• — Production – We “produce” the attractions. We find and contract the best vendors for your specific project, and then manage the work. We create, shoot, and edit your media. We make sure all the components are installed on schedule and on budget and we provide you with a wrap-around warranty. Our work doesn’t end there, however. We check in with you regularly to see if you need any continued assistance or support.
