VISION PLANNING

STORY MASTER PLANNING AND SITE UTILIZATION PLANNING

Your project will require two different but interrelated types of creative planning: Site Utilization Planning and Story Master Planning. BRC’s design process bridges both.

Story Master Planning defines the project through the creation of a unique and compelling storyline that ties the site together conceptually and becomes your project’s overall identity. This “inside-out” planning is driven by the heart of the project’s purpose.

Site Utilization Planning defines how you can best physically utilize your site. We work closely with architects during this “outside-in” approach which is determined by the site’s specific opportunities and constraints.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Concept Development translates your vision into words and pictures. During this stage, BRC gives your story and project form, shape, color, and life – backed by scholarly research and with your target budget in mind. Our approach to design is to solve and create a unique solution that matches your vision. We then illustrate that vision so you can communicate it to others. All of our work is customized to your needs - whether it is collateral for assisting in your fundraising efforts, or assistance in a presentation to gain a consensus.

DESIGN DETAIL

Your vision continues to guide and illuminate our process as we enter and complete this phase. We engineer and fine-turn your broad stroke creative concepts and preliminary designs in order to obtain an accurate cost estimate for the Production, Installation, and Warranty of the presentations. Your Design Detail package is precise and comprehensive, saving you time and money.
