Tom Tait
Show Systems Manager/Technical Director

With in-depth, hands on experience as a Technical Manager, Show Systems Manager and Project Manager, Tom Tait is one of BRC's most diverse talents.

After years of experience in various roles requiring technical direction and expertise, Tom is our in-house expert on show systems, with sub-specialties in simulation, special venue projection, and visual effects production. Tom oversees the design, bidding, procurement, installation and testing of the control and presentation technologies utilized in an attraction as well as technical direction for media production for all types of special venue presentations including film, digital, 2D/3D multi-screen and large format.

With BRC, Tom has worked as a Show Systems Manager for the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, Project Manager for the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame and Technical Director/Fabrication Director on “Robot Scouts”, Kennedy Space Center.

Tom’s additional credits include Technical Director for “Back To the Future – The Ride”, Universal Studios Hollywood, and for Redken 3D Presentation and Planet Redken, Designer/Project Manager/Technical Director for the “Time Machine” and “Top Secret “ simulator rides at Suzhou Amusement Land, and Technical Consultant for Star Trek, The Experience,” Las Vegas and “Jurassic Park: The Ride,” Universal Studios Hollywood.

Tom holds a BA in Arts & Aesthetics, Theater Emphasis from Simon's Rock of Bard College.
