Prior to 2008, the Heineken Experience received 350,000 annual visitors. In 2016, it hosted over 1 million visitors, and is on track to exceed that in 2017. Working closely with Heineken, BRC designed a new story-driven experience that shattered all attendance projections and KPIs, and is now one of the top performing brand homes in the world. This surge is coupled with growing brand loyalty ratings to match guests’ love for one of Amsterdam’s top attractions.
