About Donna
Donna Davidson is Executive Development Director at BRC, where she shapes award-winning experiential projects that redefine their categories, from branded visitor attractions and distilleries to museums and cultural destinations. Her portfolio includes high-profile projects such as Johnnie Walker Experience Edinburgh, Jameson Distillery Bow St., the Museum of Liverpool, various World Expo pavilions, and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum.
Originally from California, Donna relocated to the UK in the early 2000s to lead BRC’s European operations and has since guided international initiatives with the same passion and precision. She began her career working on projects for Universal Studios and Disney legends Don Iwerks, Rolly Crump and Bob Rogers, building a foundation in themed entertainment and large-scale experiential design.
A frequent speaker at industry events, including London Experience Week 2026, Donna draws inspiration from theatre, travel, and history, consistently transforming ideas into immersive experiences that engage, inspire, and leave a lasting impact.
“Don’t be afraid to take bold ideas, explore every possibility, and turn them into experiences that make the world a better place.”
