About Galeit
Galeit Sehayek is Design Studio Director at BRC Imagination Arts, where she holds the space between creative vision and project delivery. Growing up in New York and training in theatre and acting, she built a career from the inside of the creative process out. A decade at the Conan O’Brien show, where the demands of television met the craft of putting on a theatrical production every night, gave her the language of creative people and the discipline to deliver.
Leading wellness and meditation at Warner Bros. Studios taught her how people work, not just what they produce. She reads rooms, creates the conditions where different kinds of people can work together, and keeps an open door for anyone who needs to work something out.
At BRC she brings all of it to bear, ensuring everyone has what they need to do their best work.
When an idea sounds crazy, sit with it a little longer. That’s usually where something real is hiding. Or at least a humiliating story that will motivate you for years.
