Carmel is President of BRC Imagination Arts, a role she assumed in 2024 following decades of deep involvement across every facet of the studio. Her career at BRC has spanned executive producing, creative and design team management, and business development — a breadth of experience that reflects her belief that exceptional work emerges from exceptional teams. Carmel’s collaborative, people-first approach has consistently produced experiences recognized as best in class, earning the trust of clients while winning audiences worldwide. Her stewardship has been defined by a commitment to outcomes that go beyond the brief — delivering work that resonates long after the experience ends. In recognition of her contributions and vision, Carmel joined founder Bob Rogers and a close-knit group of colleagues as a member of BRC’s ownership team in 2022, and today plays a central role in guiding the company’s creative and strategic future.

First experience that moved me
Growing up, my family spent years-long stints overseas for my father’s work. Living in local communities rather than expat bubbles, we were immersed in cultures vastly different from our home in the Washington, DC area. Those experiences shaped a global mindset, deepened my empathy, and sparked a lasting curiosity about how others live and see the world — the very foundation of my passion for the work we do at BRC.
